At Islaelena, we aim to provide a straightforward return and refund process for all our storage baskets and bins. Please review our policy carefully to understand your rights and our requirements.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after the delivery date of your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Order Number) is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Do not send your purchase back to the address on the package without contacting us first. To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email our customer support at support@islaelena.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  • If your item is defective or damaged, please include clear photos of the issue in your email.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Islaelena will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

  • Customer Remorse (Changed Mind, Wrong Size Ordered): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer need it, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. ($0.00 Restocking Fee)

7. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (Please allow 2-3 business days for inspection after delivery).

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Timeline: It typically takes 3 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
