Shipping Policy

At Islaelena, we maintain strict and transparent shipping procedures to ensure your storage baskets and bins arrive reliably. Please review our shipping operations, costs, and timelines below.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we exclusively ship to the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping ($0.00) on all orders. There are no minimum order values required, and absolutely no hidden handling fees at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines (Processing & Transit)

Our delivery structure is divided into two parts: Order Processing (Handling) and Transit Time.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday - Friday.

  • Order Processing (Handling) Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday).

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday - Friday).

(Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. Total expected delivery time from the moment you place an order is 4 to 7 business days.)

4. Shipping Carriers

Depending on the size and weight of your selected bins or baskets, we utilize major, reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to fulfill deliveries.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking status.

6. Incorrect Address & Address Modifications

We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, you must contact us at support@islaelena.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package tracking indicates that it was delivered but you cannot locate it, or if your items arrive damaged during transit, please contact our support team immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue.
